Job DetailsOur client is seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to support student wellness and clinical operations in a dynamic campus environment. This role offers the opportunity to lead with compassion, collaborate across departments, and contribute to a culture of inclusion and proactive care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary nursing services, including treatment, education, and preventive care.
- Support clinical operations and compliance with OSHA, CLIA, FERPA, and HIPAA standards.
- Administer immunizations and assist with physician/nurse practitioner appointments.
- Perform lab tests, manage equipment, and coordinate follow-up care.
- Collaborate with campus leadership to ensure health policy compliance and student support.
- Assist with outreach programming, health education, and departmental reporting.
- Cover administrative duties as needed and respond to campus emergencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master’s degree and Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant certification preferred.
- Active RN license and certification in Tennessee (in good standing).
- Minimum five years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinic setting.
- CPR/AED certification and current immunizations required.
- Experience with Medicat EMR system and supervising nursing staff.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical care.
